I do feel bad for the girl no man should hit a girl unless she is trying to maime or kill him. I also feel bad for Drake he is a freak athlete with worlds of potential and just threw it all away.

I don't think they can until the Title IX investigation is done. The dud (this must be one of them Freudian slips. I obviously meant dude but on further review, the ruling is confirmed.) violated his probation and obviously cannot be controlled. I believe the bail system is often used in a way unfair to defendants, but in this case, it seems to me that, for the safety of the community, there should be no bail set.
