I'll be thrilled if we win no matter by how much, but this is really a chance for us to have a "statement game." On the other end, it could be where we see our QB's aren't ready. Let's hope it's the former. Either way I see this game as being huge for our season.

Can we just give the Gay National Championship trophy to USC now and everybody else can play for the real title?

First we have to beat UGA after we ply Au then they will award USC the NC. Even though we would have been lucky to beat UGA and they will still be considered the better team. But because UGA will have one lose USC gets the NC by default.

LSU is 27-1 when holding opponents to few than 100 team rushing yards and 20-0 when an LSU player rushes for more than 100 yards ... LSU has rushed for more yards than its opponent in its 10 straight victories ... LSU is seeking its 11th straight win, tying the school's longest win streak since 1971-72. Boise State has the nation's longest win streak at 13, while Southern California has won 11 straight.

And 2 of those wins came last year against UGA and UM with 17 points scored. :thumb:

The only thing you can take away from that is defense wins championships.
