It's the Curly Hallman syndrome . People fear finding a coach who is worse. They think of LSU with a 30 million dollar budget like its Central Florida- incapable of finding quality coaching.
It's kind of like Godfather movie . Clemenza tells Michael ' every few years the families have to go to the mattresses.' At LSU every few years there has to be a football coach's death watch.
This wouldn't be a shock. That QB was mediocre, and they had plenty of problems of their own. Makes losing to them all the more inexplicable...
The dumpster issue is we have failed to take out the trash. It stinks and we the fans have really know say. We continue to support the team by buying season tickets (as I will) but have no right to a reasonable expectation with the current AD/TAF influence.
