CBS had first pick of the SEC game to show except one week where ESPN has first pick of the SEC. ESPN used that pick to show LSU v Tenn in primetime. So from no on in the season, CBS will have first pick. I think we fans need to stop worrying about daytime games so much. UGA in '03 was one of the most electric atmosphere for a game and that was during the day. If we truly want to step up into the elite of college football we will have to play day games.
Cant say i blame them for /if they go to USC/ ND. I am going to be a ND fan for that game i can sure tell you. I just dont want USC or Va. Tech to be #1 this year. Anybody else is OK with me. I think you know for what reasons i dont want either of them. And i think what Coach Weis did for that little boy with cancer was good for college football. These coaches and players have a great opportunity to be good role models for little kids and we need more stories like that rather than the so and so was arrested or at such and such stadium people threw beer bottles at busses. LSU players distuinguished themselves for their actions during the hurricane. A few LSU fans hurt the university and State with their actions to the Tenn buses. Those kind of things will not help get gameday back to the campus.
