    Gilbert is a nogo. At least what I saw a few weeks ago.

    I think walker comes with the contingency that they are trying not to abuse his arm and bringing him up to speed. He was already considered a starter and was held for todays game which, is good because that shows some importance being placed into mid week results. Walker should be a regular fixture in the weekend rotation by the Texas series, but maybe this weekend since he is not pitching today.

    They played Walker well last weekend knowing he was starting today. Glad it worked out the way it did, but from what little we saw, Walker looks great if not better than he did his freshman year. I am mega stoked he is back in the mix and looking as good as he does

    Them I am mistaken. I thought I read he would be back at some point.

    His fastball was lackluster maxed out about 82 mph but it was a scrimmage. His injured shoulder must not have healed. He had surgery in the summer. I feel for the kid. He's had a rough college career.
