Run out the clock at the start of the half. The lines are that bad. Even when they were decent last few years, they got blown up after the Nov-bi.

Etling is what he is. Got better accuracy on the long ones and we don't know how he would function in a short passing mode. We haven't even tried it yet. He is at his best when he has time to go through all the fakes and set up to finally look downfield. But he has almost no protection and I can't see that being fixed it season.
If we are taking the cowbells then his WR didn't really help him much. This game he looked better IMO Vs cowbells I would say way south of 50%
Its also helping the defense jump the snap count and get into our backfield quicker to disrupt the play. Weathersby was getting destroyed off the ball on Saturday, although I remember that DE from 2 years ago, he is pretty good.
I like using him that way much better. Guice needs space to do his thing. If we want to power through holes, give it to Williams
I agree. I did not like the roll out passing plays. He threw everything low (which is better than high) but they were ineffective.
