Here is the thing, the fans are in exponentially more danger than anyone on the field. I'd MUCH rather be in a bowl below ground level than sitting on a metal bench next to a metal pole sticking 100 or so feet into the air.

Man I am so glad I didn't go. My rule of no September games saved me. My brother is working in the stadium.
