Does she get to sing YMCA? By the way, if you had known that Katy Perry was going to dis LSU with that corndog thing would you still have spent that $800

If you went back and watched the Wisconsin, MSU and Auburn games in succession, you'd lose any sense of optimism. Thank God Wisconsin suffered those injuries to key players and decided to bench the RB that was on pace for 250 yards rushing against us.

We're not playing New Mexico State from here on out.

Come on, Izzy. Work with me. I'm trying to stay positive, and here you are injecting common sense into the argument.

And I'd have to be a masochist to watch those three games in succession.

There are 2 good quarters of football in those 3 games. Out of 12 possible quarters. The other 10 looks like a team that does not even belong in the SEC.

I hope we beat Florida. But man, they are going to have to give us a lot of help in doing so. We're going to have to win the turnover battle by at least 2.

My guess is we're going to have another similar stat line to the 14 of 17 and 17 of 20 first down running plays we've called in the last 2 SEC games.

That's an excellent question. I suspect I had a lot more hair on my head than I do today.

I do believe that would be 1989. The year before Spurrier.

LSU was preseason ranked #7 that season and lost their first 2 games to fall completely out of the top 25.

Speaking of Spurrier, he went 9 seasons from 1993-2001 with a top 10 ranked team for all but 3 games in that stretch (ranked #13 and #12, respectively, in back to back games in the 97 season, which included the monumental LSU upset to cause part of the drop out of the top 10).

Ron Zook would spend 8 weeks outside the top 10 in his inaugural season in 2002 taking over for the ole ball coach. He wasted no time fucking up what Spurrier has built.

The Florida game, although meaningless, could be one of the most interesting games left this season. Hate to say it but it is the SEC pillow fight of the week.
