Herm Edwards Fired! Played to win - but didn't win. https://defector.com/herm-edwards-f...re-he-could-be-fired-over-ncaa-investigation/
Denbrock doesnt play QB and hold the ball too long or miss the open recievers. He may have called too many pass plays today when he shouldn't have but JD looked bad today. Hope it was just the flu.
you must have made an error, i didnt make that claim. please try to pay closer attention. optimism on the day we win the SEC west is sunshine pumping? i say its deserved celebration. if having a clear path to the natty upsets you, its you that is the problem
You are a sunshine pumper, I have a lot of data to back that up. Our passing game was subpar, that is a fact. Pointing that out after beating 5-5 Arkansas is different than after winning the NC. I can say that while still appreciating the win and success in Kelley’s first year. I just hope our passing game is better than what we showed today; if not dreaming of the playoff might be a pipe dream. If Arkansas can shut down our offense, UGA might not let us score. I heard a lot of people around BR and in the media penciling us in for the playoff before this game. My thought was “not so fast my friend.”
Yea a win certainly is a win and this could be a blip on what "could" be an illustrious career, but playing like we played today would not win many games. However, it was the classic trap attributes but we did manage to come out ahead. Next week should let us know if its an issue or what. These things matter I would say as we always seem to think we blow these "early day" games. But like I said weeks ago, I invested ZERO time during the offseason to just "watch" this time around and see what we got. I'm pleasantly surprised.
