I never said the offense is what I had a problem with, however now that you mention it, it took a whole defensive line of reserves to make our o-line look average.
There ain't a damm thing wrong with Emery. Don't know what you are seeing. For A guy who supposed to just be a speed back he runs with power and determination. I like TDP as the starter but nothing wrong with Emery.
Because we were trying to wear down there weak DL NOT OUR STARTING RB. You don't wear down your best back by running him every play you wear them down with fresh backs.
The OL played well for that reason which is why it was smart offensive football to pound them all day win the time of possession and not try to win by throwing with an 18 year freshman QB. Burrow is gone and Brennan is hurt so we better establish a run game.
