LSU vs Arkansas Official Game Thread

I’ll admit it feels good to get the win. I try and remind myself how young and inexperienced this team is. But I still get pissed off because this is LSU and we shouldn’t be holding off a depleted 3-5 Arkansas team missing a dozen starters to prevent us from being 2-4

 

Just think what Brennan would have done to that defense. Easily a double digit win.

Oh ya. It would be great if he suited up next week against A&M

 

D still leaves a lot to be desired. But we did finally contain the edge. Only one big play on an outside run when Ojulari let his man get outside.

 

This D is talented and inexperienced. Makes it difficult to hide our weaknesses and it’s truly boom or bust. We either forced 3 & outs or gave up 50+ yard passes. A&M will have their way next week attacking our weaknesses and exploiting our inexperience. As will Florida and Bama.

I hope like hell Cox and Ali Gay come back next year. Ojulari is going to be special.

We will have 2 lockdown CB’s next year and hopefully these 2 badass safeties coming in can make an immediate impact along with Davis at LB

 

A metric shit ton of money, I would venture.

 

Don’t forget that we lost Ricks this game too. If he stayed in the game I think he stops that last TD in the first half.

 

Only the truly committed sign early. Theres talk of NCAA pushing NSD all way back to mar/april. Some of these recruits like to drag the drama out if you havent noticed.
