    Yes, but the amount is negligible as the 5 players being dropped are essentially all the same point value being subtracted (thus the disclaimer of the margin of error).

    Looks good. Do you think Davenport loses his 5th star?

    If he does.. maybe Faulk can take his. :lol:

    He is at the #26 position. I don't think rivals will drop him per se, but if 6 players get moved up ahead of him, he could fall just outside of the 5 star listing.

    I don't think 6 players will be moved up. I think it will be just 2-3 players, of which Ford has a good chance to be there.

    So in a perfect world we could see Ford bolt all the way into the top 15-30 players and Davenport drop down to #29, e.g., barely holding on to that 5th star.

    Hopefully that made sense.

    It did. Have you looked at the possible move-ups yet? I can't think of more than a few that deserve the bump.

    Not from the UA/AA games at least.. can't say I've watched that much film (or that I know what to look for)

    It would be more than safe to say that 6 players have never moved up to a 5 star the very last rivals listing.

    USC just picked up Devon Kennard earlier this morning (announced at his school). That project USC to right at 2400 points.

    USC stands a good shot at Te'o now that BYU has been declared out of the picture. USC still has to hold on to Burfict, however, who may end up being a qualifying casualty and declare elsewhere. There are a few 4 star players who still have USC in their sights as well.

    It will come down to the wire.

    Hester = 3* with known outcome; Claiborne = 2* upped to 3*, but remains to be seen; agree he has the potential

    Where does LSU stand presently? Where are we once RR and Mingo are on board? What if TR is added, too, in addition to RR and Mingo? Thanks.

    Approximate point values of remaining players of interest:

    Randle = 179
    Richardson = 172
    Debose = 172
    JJones = 71
    Montgomery = 71
    Lacy = 60
    Myles = 60
    Mingo = 57
    Kelly = 57
    Su'a Filo = 57
    Sentimore = 57

    With Randle and Mingo on board, that projects out to about 2753. USC would surpass us with adding the equivalent, a 5 star and a 4 star (projects out to 2795). If USC doesn't get another 5 star but adds just 3 four star players, that adds up to about 2800.

    It's going to be tough to hold them off, in other words.
