We owe TCU several severe beatings in revenge for their Sugar Bowl victory over LSU in 1936. I can hold a grudge for a LONG time . . . :hihi:
Yeah, anytime you lose a game in a continuous rainstorm 3-2, I second that opinion. Sammy Who?
I can't believe we are scheduling a home and home with TCU. I have no problems playing them at home, but not at their place. The 12 game schedule is an opportunity to play big name schools on the road, not good mid-major teams. Nice job Skip...:dis:
TCU is always in the top 25. They have nearly cracked the BCS more than once. If it is a choice between them and playing LA Tech twice in Tiger Stadium you have to take the Frogs.
Uh...................there are more than a few DFW alums that have been writing BIG FAT CHECKS to LSU for a very long time, we want to see LSU in DFW, in something other than the Cotton Bowl. I know you can't be referring to the "mid major" team that just finished 11-1, beat Oklahoma on their OWN field, something that hasn't been done OOC since TCU did it to them the last time they played there in 1996. I would say that my son's senior class that went 37-11 over the last 4 years put's TCU in a category more than worthy of playing LSU home and home.LSU! LSU! LSU!
Their stadium seats 45,000. How many LSU fans do you really think will be able to get tickets? 5000??? We have no business playing them on the road. Road games should be reserved for the big boys ... TCU is not of the them.
