LSU to lose at least 4 games. No offense LSU

I'm not ready to say that LSU will lose all of those games. Still, if we are fortunate to win one of those games it will be due to the hand of god stepping in and somehow assisting the team in overcoming Les Miles' insurmountable stupidity. We are all sick of these awful games.

I wish the sportscaster that interviews Les going into half time would come straight out and ask Les if he should take on at least some of the responsibility for the offensive stagnation year after year and the overall apathy of the team. The question would need to be framed correctly. The question could be framed many ways as long as it cuts through the fuzz and asks him the real question of whether or not he believes that he is to blame for much of the sloppiness. His arrogance would likely cause his head to explode. Great respect should be doled out to any sportscaster who would dare pose that question.

 

You're putting far too much faith in Florida's QB's ability to be productive against our defense. He hasn't seen a defense like ours all year. Before you start counting your chickens you should wait and see how he responds against a real defense. No turnovers and stupid penalties and we easily roll Florida.

This panic mode stuff is just sad.

Also, we're not losing to aTm. . .thats just crazy talk. Bama, I can understand. Even USC lets see how they do against a real defense first.

 

I like your point. We were down 9-7 to Townson, at the same exact time in the 2nd quarter Bama was down 7-6 to Ole Miss, yet the headlines read " Alabama unanimous number 1 is they ease past Ole Miss, LSU slips again as they struggle to down Townson"

My guess: Florida will compete early but LSU will run away with it 2nd quarter and on.
Texas A&M is looking way better than everyone thought, so I can't really say since they really haven't played enough SEC games. Probably going to be a good game. (I'm looking forward to Bama vs A&M, should be a great competitive game as well)

As for Bama, well, no comment.

I love fans like this, giving up and making ridiculous claims. I don't think LSU will have four losses, and neither should anyone else.

 

Thank you, Captain Tide, for being more rational that many of the LSU fans on the boards currently. Of course, you have the advantage of a different perspective.

We are NOT as good as we were last year. It is what it is. Both Bama and LSU had almost "once in a lifetime teams" last year. We don't really know how either is going to fare this year, yet.

How do you think Mett will do when Clowny is beating the hell out of him all game? Do you really believe the LSU defense is going to be able to hold off Lattimore, Shaw, and Sanders all game? Watch some games from both teams before you "lol" at the #6 team in the country.

The problem is Les Miles and his ridiculous coaching abilities along with his superior arrogance.
This man hasn't recruited a decent quarterback in 4 years. Mett is NOT the second coming of Christ, in fact, he doesn't appear to be as good as Jordan Jefferson. He does, however, appear to be as bad as Jordan Jefferson.

The marvelous defense that everyone's so quick to point out, gave up 22 points to who? Towson? 22 Points to Towson? Really?
Les Miles should be chopped at the end of this season. He should have been chopped after last years NC game where he clearly demonstrated his talents as a coach.
Mark my words. This year it will be worse. This team is poorly coached. The defense isn't that good. The offense is TERRIBLE. The quarterback play is laughable. The turn overs are nothing more than stupid mistakes from a cast of players with 0 ball discipline. Dropped passes constantly? Poor receiver routes? 0 pitch and catch for short yardage? No dinks and dunks? This offense is pathetic and when they go up against a defense, a real defense, what I am saying here on this forum will shine glaringly in your eyes.

The offensive line ? They can't keep Mett from being sacked by Towson? Can't give the guy any more than 2 seconds in the pocket? This is the highly rated offensive line for LSU?
How does LES MILES expect to have a passing game with an offensive line that can't protect the quarterback? What about the running game? Didn't we try this last year against Alabama?
How does Miles expect to have a running game when he has no passing game? How does he expect to have a passing game when he has no running game?

I'm going to revise my prediction for Saturdays game.

Why do you all respond to these bomb throwers who have nothing to offer other than their own invective? They are like Arab terrorists who rage because they are unhappy with their life and want to punish the world. Any response only validates them and does nothing to add to the argument.
There are posters who believe Miles could do better and critique his work, who have established their credentials as observers. There is room for such discussion, however Hellsfury and Lesneedstogo have not added anything to the debate. They corrupt it and waste space.
I suggest we treat them as the spammers who try sell their sh*t with decieving posts....ingnore them!
