It absolutely should have been. Harris was completely out of bounds when he was tackled.

I don't know, man, that option crap with JJ a few years ago used to make me shutter.

That was a positive series. No penalties. We worked on our passing game. Could have given to LF every play, but, to me, it was better that we worked on the QB dropping back, scrambling, looking for receivers, making decisions to throw away/run, etc. Ended up w/a FG rather than a TD, but still positive.
