The thing i have been most dissapointed in is the use of the tight ends on third down conversions.

We have not used our tight ends enough in this area. I know they have dropped a few but so have our other receivers.

David Jones should be able to match up on other teams linebackers and improve our third down conversion percentage.

I saw someone mention how many 3 and outs our offense has had this year and i agree. I think penalties have had alot to do with this.

They have been working the tight ends some. When they develop some more consistency and hit some kind of a late-season stride . . . then, they will see the ball more.

I love how almost all of us rant and call the writers and analysts morons and stupid, but then many base their expectations of our WR's on their proclamations that LSU has the best set of receivers in the nation.

I really like when we bring either skyler or early across the middle on a short route and let them catch it and make a move. We need to run this a little more. FSU beat maryland with this simple play. Put the speedsters down the field (bennie and xavier) to hold the safety then bring the playmakers over the middle against a corner or a linebacker.

Pretty sure that Anthony Madison will be on your best reciever. He's short (5'9'') and tends to get burned some by taller WR's. I look for you guys to pick on him a lot. He is our hardest working corner and always gives 110%. He is also one of the nicest guys you will ever meet and his is very religious. He led the Tide in INT's last year. I hope that he can snag one or 2 in the next couple of weeks. Should be interesting...

    Well Red Elephants
Dwayne Bowe is our big play reciever if Madison covers him look for 2 touchdowns. Dee Webb covered Bowe who is one of the best cover corners in the league and Bowe let his 6'4" frame take over. Our offense needs to have some success early on the road. Good to have you on the board.

I just want to say that the receivers have shown much improvement over the last two games. I know they were against lesser opponents, but the problem was never the opponents - we were our own worst enemy.

I think the whole crew of WRs will look to make a hell of a statement against Bama.
