They are the only major American sports franchises to have won titles in 3 different cities. Cleveland, St. Louis and LA Rams. Boston, Milwaukee and Atlanta Braves.
Happy for Whitworth and OBJ, tough loss for Burrow and Chase, but just making the Super Bowl is way ahead of schedule. Maybe an OL would help. Impressive how anemic the offense looked in the postseason; kicker and defense were the MVPs.
I told my wife this play will cost them the game. Giving Stafford a short field to score a touchdown was probably the stupidest play call I've ever seen. I hope the coach loses a lot of sleep over that call.
That decision made no sense, nor did the final 4th down play call. But the worst coaching call on Cincy's part was thinking Eli Apple can play cornerback in the NFL.
I hated them in St. Louis. They were in Cleveland when my parents were in high school. I'm sure I hated them in a previous life.
Yeah, I mean that might be true, but that #10 is the best receiver in football right now. Certainly it's not that easy. I would say, have someone block #99 and they win the game. Same problem, though. #99 is good. Really really good. I think the Bengals played well, but the Rams were the better team overall. The Bengals O Line finally cost them. Joey B set a Super Bowl record for number of sacks against and they came in bunches, mostly in the 2nd half. That was the game....
Donald is the best in the biz, but what I thought they really bushwacked Cincy with was stunting Von Miller inside. That and delayed MLB blitzes. Basically, anything right at Cincy's interior blew them up.
asking that oline to match up was an impossible task. i was kind of like collingsworth, surprised they held up as well as they did...
