I don't believe in tilting the field for the benefit of the top ranked trams,.. like bama, the bucknuts, clemson, the Irish or the Sooners need a bye week, an added edge on their opponents. 16 teams is maybe too many. G5 schools,.. they should scrape together the best 16 schools and put them into a new conference, say gtfo, and kick the rest into the FBS.
Exactly. We’re acting like winning out in the SEC and winning out in the AAC is apples to apples. It’s not even close. The AAC Champ would be a 5 loss team in the SEC.

There is a big difference between a G5 team getting up and playing hard for their one big game against P5 competition and having to navigate a P5 schedule week in and week out.
Not apples to apples, one is ranked 1, one is ranked 10. What else can UCF realistically do? These kids go out and win out and y’all laugh at the thought of including them in an 8 team playoff. In what other sport would that make sense?
