Does everyone think this is over? Just because they did not arrest someone today? You would think that if the people on the bad side of the argument wanted to press charges (even for simple battery) the bar for probable cause is pretty low. I would think the DA would have to at least charge one of them with simple battery? Not that i want or think it is warranted but their side made a bunch of noise about absolutely pressing charges.

Same here. I'm no lawyer, but you would think you either have enough evidence now to warrant prosecution or you don't.
Or they could just keep it going to show the public that they are doing everything in their power as law enforcement to do their jobs and do the right thing.....so in turn they dont catch sh!t later on for favoring the football players The BRPD is under a microscope here, they cant afford to look like those state troopers up in Oregon :rofl:
