Correct, that is who is works when charges are filled. Doesn't mean warrants will come but could as he stated a couple of times in that article. I was under the impression that charges were filled before today. Either way we are in the same place as we were a couple of days ago. Waiting for Fischer to collect his evidence and likely bring the 4 in for questioning. From here we will either see warrants and arrest, No warrants, charges dropped, and/or the alleged victims trying to come at them in civil court.
Do you know something no one else does? Because under your premise, they went to the bar to get the shhit beat out of themselves so they could sue black students that more than likely come from poor backgrounds with no money. I'm sure that's the plan.
