any "male" (and i use the term loosely) that is filing charges for that deserves to get his ass kicked again. pathetic. good luck ever getting a real woman. god help us if this is the marine. our country is in a shyt load of trouble if that is the kind of wimp serving these days.:rolleye33:
I think Fischer is going to have a field day with how the police handled this if the DA attempts to push for charges. He could already be working a case for slander on some reporters & witnesses if Jefferson is cleared of all involvement, the damage of his reputation is already done At the end of the day, this is just another episode of drunk kids getting into a bar fight and a bunch of he said she said BS, they never make it to court. I have no faith that this one is any different and will see a court room
i heard it on arute's show. i heard it on the local show here in ok today. on college sports radio news yesterday i heard about it. in the last two days i was in my truck three times. all three times i heard something. twice national, once local sports talk in ok.
All I know, If I were him, Id get out of town, thats not a threat, just telling you guys what I would do if I were him
starting to think you got a couple of stupid guys lite up a little with a bar full of 250 lb to 330 lb football players then stupid thinks - hey these guys can't get into a fight so lets see how much stuff we can dish out before we get out of here at the end of the night they got pushed into the cement it is all coming in clear for me now - I know I am a little slow with these things
Ya but what worries me is you said you heard a source who was at the bar and knows that Jefferson was involved and was because the dude called him the "N" word Thats not good. JJ is saying he has nothing to do with it, and until we get solid proff otherwise, I am going to believe that. I just wish this was a bad dream.......
Charges were filed at 6:08pm today!!! They will be securring arrest warrants upon the completion of thier invesitgation which may be as early as the end of the week Its not looking good! Charges filed in LSU football bar fight case | NOLA.com Baton Rouge - A Baton Rouge Police Department spokesman said Monday that charges have been filed in the case of four LSU football players accused of taking part in a bar fight last week. Public information officer Sgt. Don Stone said warrants can't be issued until police are ready to make an arrest and that warrants will be issued "at the conclusion of the investigation, which could be this week, could be a week from now or could be in two weeks. It may come to that." The players - quarterback Jordan Jefferson, offensive tackle Chris Davenport, linebacker Josh Johns and wide receiver Jarvis Landry - and their attorney, Nathan Fisher, are supposed to meet with police but the meeting had not been scheduled as of 6 p.m. Monday. Stone said Police Chief Donald White has been in contact with LSU to set up the meeting. Fisher said he had a 6:15 p.m. meeting Monday with LSU Coach Les Miles. "Charges have already been filed," Stone said. "Once we initiate the investigation and speak to the victims and they indicate they want us to pursue a complaint, charges are filed." Four men were injured in the fight and treated afterward at local hospitals. The four have retained local attorney Michael Bienvenu and are pressing charges. "We would not be conducting this investigation if somebody didn't want us to," Stone said. "When we conclude our investigation, we will secure arrest warrants for those people that we determine are responsible, arrest them and then bring them in and place them in the parish prison . "If the players never come in and talk to us, we will continue our investigation without talking to them. If the evidence support the allegations, warrants will be issued for their arrests and we'll arrest them whether they come to speak to us or not."
