If the DA is not going to bring charges, waiting for the grand jury to do so... Then why were warrants issued? Doesn't that mean charges have been filed? Me thinks someone is a moron...
Maybe charges isn't the correct word, maybe indictments?? Anyway, this is what the DA was quoted as saying and also that it would take several weeks if not months. I'll try to find the article again.
