doesnt matter when its all said and done. someone else has the broken vertebrae. the unstable dbag just had your average ass-whipping. surely wasnt his first and certainly wont be his last.

Certainly we and the media will be the last to hear what the players have to say.

But what I mean when I say stonewalling is that 4 players went to be interviewed by police. They were asked what had happened that night. Obviously their statement did not agree with the witness statements. I'm stepping out on a small ledge here...but they would have been asked what did happen? Who assulted these people? This is where I believe the stonewalling occured....and its part of the legal system.

A search warrant issued for JJ's apt the next day would indicate that the police were not convinced of the player's side of the story.

 

I watched that video again. Sure looks like Jamarcus Russell kicking that kid and not JJ.

 

Are we really going to continue to start new threads every time something that has been posted 20 times is repeated? We need to have one mod dedicated to merging these threads until this case is settled.

 

yeah jjs current problem, assuming hes going to be arrested, is he lied to les about his involvement. seems there is a handful of witnesses saying otherwise.

les may be forced to cut bait with our sr qb if true.

jamarcus was there but simply stopped to go through the victims pockets for spare change on his way to taco bell. he was released.

Kinda makes you wish now that daddy Jefferson hadn't talked to the press. Not that it'd make any difference in the outcome, but at least he wouldn't have been on record as lying about it.

 

That report was from JJ's Dad and you ladies need to take a deep breath and stop all of this stupid speculating.

 

BRPD put out a release that JJ would not be arrested today because of rumors..

 

Isn't that what I said? That it was his dad who said it?

I'm just saying that now I wish he hadn't. How is that speculating?
