That's exactly what has been happening. Les was very smart and did not divide his team into miscreants and angels. The whole team has taken team punishment so there is no finger-pointing, no us-and-them, no divisiveness.
There has been a few changes in the Unity groups higher ups. A change within the teams leadership. :tigereye:
Makes sense, but the question remains... just who was involved in the fight? Does being implicated as being involved equate to being involved?
I'm pretty sure that we don't know but you're the one that gave the opinion that those four players should be suspended. I never once said that JJ or anyone else shouldn't be suspended, I questioned you on your opinion because I found it quite contradictory.
More of an internal thing, it was discussed last night with Hanny on 98.1 after the Les Miles radio show.
That's true. You could suspend pending the outcome of the investigation, but those who are implicated and not necessarily guilty would still have to be suspended. I have a feeling that Miles knows a fair amount about what really happened that night. I also have a feeling that the investigation will be wrapped up at least by our second game. So, you sit all 4 who have been implicated for the Oregon game if the investigation has not ended by that point, and then you'll most likely be able to lift suspensions on those who are proven innocent by the second game.
I'm pretty sure that we don't know but you're the one that gave the opinion that those four players should be suspended. I never once said that JJ or anyone else shouldn't be suspended, I questioned you on your opinion because I found it quite contradictory I don't mind if you nit pick comments, fine by me. I forget that you have to be very specific with comments on here, or they will be picked over. My intention was to express that those 4 involved in the fight should be suspended. You are confident that JJ was not involved and should be treated as any of the other non involved players. I said Miles should go ahead and suspend those four for "broken curfew". The quotation marks suggest that Miles should call it that for now and let the rest play out. Miles knows who was involved and could possibley be facing charges. It would be unfair of Miles to suspend anyone for just the broken curfew, but those whom he suspects have a greater involvement should be dealt with swiflty to eliminate the distractions.
Again, I never once said JJ was not involved, you seem to be determined to make that my position, again you're contradicting yourself. I'm not nit picking, I asked you a straight question based on the opinion you gave. I trust in Miles decision and think he would make the right call but to see so many people question his decision of how's he's handled it to this day like they know what's better for this team than he does.
