LSU Picked This Weekend

    these trials under fire define a player, a team and a season. which team is mentally tough enough? cigar anyone? :cool:

    Meanwhile, this is the only guy in any sports publication that predicted LSU to win this game. Foxsports, CFN, MSNBC and some others predicted a loss for us this weekend. I havent looked at espn, due to my boycott of the site and sportscenter.

    I'd like to see our fullback carry the ball 2 or 3 times a game and slip out into the flat for a pass every now and then. It complicates the defense immensely if the fullback is a threat to carry the ball or go out for a pass on every play. Otherwise he's only small, quick guard that lines up in the backfield and its easier to defend.

    The Dallas Morning News' panel of 7 'experts' had 5 pick LSU. (Not sure this is a good sign though.)

    Like TexasTigers, I think Auburn loads up against the run and bubble screens. So I think we learn a ton about our QB's this Saturday night.
