I remember when norm chow brought his offense in and it sucked so bad that Pete Carrol went to just about ever nfl team to create a new offense.

Let’s face it the essence of the change is from Brady’s mind. The means tools and training all are acknowledged the fruit of Brady. however a tremendous nod has to be given to both O and E. To E for accepting Brady’s input and incorporating them into the offense and game plan.
The same to O for recognizing the need finding Brady and incorporating this into the team as seamlessly as he has. Let no one think it was either obvious or easy. Football is the ultimate team game. O, E & B showed they understand and are teammates.
The fighting among us for recognition is beneath the concept they demonstrate.

Im not sure anyone deserves credit for doing such a poor showing that they recognize their job is in danger. Except maybe Les cuz apparently he didn't here.

There’s no doubt O saw that from the beginning.....tried to get Kiffin, hired Canada all in attempt to change. He recognized the need and persevered to get the right man. Remember E only took the job as a favor and duty. HE WAS THE ONE WHO WENT TO O FOR THHE CHANGE. I think he’s unfairly slandered about this.

I dont think he is slandered. He just wasn't that good at calling plays last year. Which, I think, is a valid and fair criticism.
