Very encouraging. Hopefully continuing to rise in the preseason polls is an indication that the scouts and media are seeing impressive performances in our camps (sping/fall).
How soon we forget about the malveto fiasco... I think Lee was just trying too hard, trying to make something out of nothing, to compensate for the lack of defensive success.
WHOOAAAAAA!!! Back on topic: I wonder when the last time a team that finished 8-5 was ranked in the Top 10 Preseason? I think this is a result of major respect for our program, our staff and our players. I hope we meet the expectations, I'm really excited.
Yeah, although I hate seeing up not towards the top, beating UGA, UF, and OM will catapult us over anybody IMO...
Great position, this #9 that we find our Bengals in. High enough to make a run for the championship, low enough where the expectations aren't stifling.
With VaTech and Bama playing LSU may move up in week one. Regardless, as long as we're in the top 15 and WIN, it all works out.
