LSU needs a dominant win tonight...

I don't care where we end up NOW I am more interested in where we are going later like after Thanksgiving but its going to be a fun ride!

 

Dang I was one yard away from this pretty much coming true- granted a kickoff rather than a punt. Pretty good when you can even expect this from your defense. They're a special group despite the stats last night.

 

I don't like the team being ranked #1 this early in the season. I think it can be distracting for the team with unnecessary anxiety, even though subconscious.

I know it's good for the team to have swagger and confidence; but it is always better for the team to have the want to keep on improving their game with a higher target in front of them, and not being put high on the pedestal so early to have a big head.

When Erin Andrews asked Miles post game last night about possibly being ranked #1, Miles' reply was that there's still a lot of work to be done, and games to be played. He'd rather sneak up later in the season. That drew a pretty laugh from Erin........

 

This is what was needed. Giving WVU's signature win to date is a Maryland team they almost lost to got gutted by Temple yesterday.
