lets do lsu-msu on a thursdaay night EVERY YEAR... b/'c otherwise we'll get stuck playing that horrible 11:30 jp sports game every year. It's so miserable
no i mean regularly. i don't care if carolina, miss st, AU whoever wants to open the season on the thurs night, i thought ESPN was talking to the SEC about playing every thurs. night. that's what's freaking me out.
It's my humble opinion that television has entirely too much influence over the game as is. 11:00 AM on a saturday is the earliest I ever plan to attend a game, and those are few and far between.
As many of you, I was against the idea at first. It could be a win-win for us having more time to prepare for V-Tech and ridding us of App State. ESPN did say, they would find another opponent, I just hope that means a 1-A opponent. Actually, you responded to a guy who was in favor of the SEASON OPENER being changed to Thursday night. (Help get Appy St. off the schedule.) You responded that the coaches have less time to prepare. How am I misreading this? I'm not trying to be a d!ck or anything, this is just how I understand those 2 posts.
Neither me...... Some were discussing Thursday night games during the season and you questioned my post about game planning. After another post explaining about gameplaning you said: But we weren't talking about it being the season opener. I didn't post back out of anger either- just felt like you came at me at little with that one. :thumb:
