    Ditto to that. We ARE THE TIGERS and only the TIGERS! We don't have mascot confusion with a bird. We only allowed AU to borrow the crown until we could get back to it.

    I was glad to see Auburn's coaches wearing shirts which read War Eagles on the back. I don't care if they use War Eagles or Plainsmen but I'll never refer to them as Tigers.

    I'm not sure why they started using "Tigers" more often over the past decade. I always thought of them as War Eagles. You would think they would avoid "Tigers" as LSU uses it. They can't hold a candle to the national championships or tradition we have so you would think they would want their own unique mascot and not play second fiddle to LSU.

    Also...what the hell is that thing they call Aubie? Is that a pussycat strung out on crack? That's the wimpiest looking mascot ever!
