He's not Mike VI yet. He needs to be quarantined for a couple of weeks before he is installed as Mike V's successor.
I prefer an older Tiger. That way you don't have to wait a year or two before rolling him into Tiger Stadium. He needs to be big enough to give a nasty growl. I think Mike V was the only cub LSU obtained. All others have been adults.
Normally I would agree, but for the first home game, since it is against VT, LSU is supposed to be paying some kind of tribute to VT because of the tragedy. But none the less, it is a great idea, maybe do it for the second home game...
same here but 2 is still a young tiger. he'll be playful and fun to watch in the habitat. better than trying to find where mike v was sleeping. also, wasn't mike V the exception when it came to a tiger cub serving as mascot?
