Unfortunately, not this time. Georgia being #1 in the first CFP poll pretty much assures us that the gumps will not overlook us and will be motivated to prove they're the 'real' number one. (Even though they'll play each other in the SECCG if they both win out)

I honestly don't know what to think. I do think we have a shot and I don't think the rankings have near as much relevance as you do.

If we do win... I don't know what I will enjoy more. Beating Bama or the epic meltdown that will occur with the Bama fanbase and forums.

My point on the LSU media now is this, they fell in love with Miles and are out of love with LSU and it shows in the reporting. This is unacceptable journalism to other fans and should be to LSU.

Meltdown that bad would only count if they were ko'd out the SEC title game.
Even with an LSU loss they still will be SEC Champs and eventual NC.

Especially with the universal limit on scholarships, what NS has done is even more impressive.

Are you sure? If we win out then each would have one SEC loss and we would have it over them.
