LSU fans did seem to take over the stadium, was a little hard to differentiate their fans from ours, too much purple in the building......however when tiger fans cheered the difference was deafening.....great game experience :)

Well I'm sure it actually is a "train whistle/horn" but it is the same crap they do whenever a NHL team scores a goal. Just a big pita because it was them. I'd prolly think it was sort of cool if they did it for us.

It was fucking obnoxious! Sounded like a train or something....fortunately our seats were 10 steps from the Makers Mark lounge which helped dull the sting each time they scored.

The horn scared the crap out of me. Was talking with my friend about how nothing about TCU really makes sense. Half their fans didn't know what that stupid mini-claw thing they were doing with their hands was. The horn is a random celebration and their band didn't play much of anything. For a school that's had a football team for a long time, they sure don't have a lot of tradition. I mean, not trying to knock them that much but it was surprising.

We are turning into the New York Giants, never losing in Jerry World.

It wasn't a hockey horn. It was a train horn, straight from their engineering school. Railroad Engineer's they are I tell you. ;)

It pissed me off immediately. That kind of celebration should not be allowed at a neutral site. Have your band your band strike up a tune and let the cheerleaders run around with a flag, celebration is expected, just leave your loud obnoxious artificial noise at home. This would include but not limited to cannons, guns or explosions of any kind, horns and especially ghey piped in music (I think piped in music should be banned from collegiate sports all together (I really hate that shit)). I doubt that TCU will bring there horn with them to Lubbock or Norman later this month.

I recall this being a home and home arrangement that was changed to this one supposed neutral site game. Well it looks to me as if the Toads declared it a home game at an alternate site by bringing there horn across town despite being out numbered in there own neighborhood. Regardless, it seems to me as if they owe us a home game, but won't fret over it. I just hope they finish out well this season to help LSU and then fall into the obscurity where they belong. LSU really has no more use from them...NEXT!

Boise? Louisville? Thinking you've arrived as a football power? Go ahead and take a swing at a real power. Be careful though, ask Miami, Notre Dame, V Tech, Ga. Tech and West Virginia how a loss to LSU can set a program back for several years and never again be as good as they thought they were when LSU beat them.
