Who knows what's going to happen for that Tennessee team in the next week? How they played the last few games could forecast how they play against us, but not necessarily. Things could really come together for them & they have a great game against us. Remember Georgia last year!??

Having gotten that out of the way, I would feel much more comfortable if we did manage to keep them under 14 points.

stop their running game and that's half the battle. this means we have to dominate the line of scrimage agaisnt a bunch of big azz thugs, they aren't small, but we can do it. :geauxtige

Fulmer's team are great one week and terrible the next.

If we take them lightly, we will be beaten

I am defintiely not saying we are gonna take them lightly. All I am saying is this early in the season, the precedent has been set by UAB and Fla. This team is not ASU or USC, and our D should be able to contain most of the night. If it does not, then it is time to start worrying.
I see us winning this game b/c our offense is going to be one of the best in NCAA this year.

Stop Riggs and you can stop Tennessee. Their quarterbacks aren't as good as Keller.

Going to be? Just like Tennesse it is all based on potential. Without two special team touchdowns fans would be screaming just a loud about the O. Our offense was nothing spectacular.

I agree, tremendous potential but not a finished product yet and did not play like a top 10 offense against ASU. However I believe they will before the year is over.

Aside from a few miscues (chalk them up to first/road game jitters if you want), I'd say the offense looked better than it did at any point last year except for the Arkansas game. Take away a couple of bonehead fumbles/dropped passes and the entire landscape of the ASU game could likely have changed. I actually saw some really good chemistry and consistency on offense, something we severely lacked last year. If we can iron out those mistakes, we will give defenses sh!tfits all year long. All that ridiculous talent appears to be turning the corner and getting on the same page.

Neither was it bad. Two dropped touchdowns and several other big drops would have made for a spectacular day. First game jitters. I'm not worried about LSU's offense.
