Calm Down I'm a fanatical LSU fan. Have been going to the games since the early 60's. I've cried at games we've won. Was on the sidelines of the '79 USC game. If any idiot says they are a bigger LSU fan than me, then I'd like to kick their ass. But let's get real about Oklahoma. They are simply AWESOME! I'm not saying we COULD NOT beat them but please, let's be real. If we played them 10 straight games at our best level and their best level I would bet OU would win 8 games. Sabin is a great coach! Stoops and his staff is just slightly a notch higher. Not to say at all we won't get there. The SEC is WITHOUT question the toughest conference in the nation and that's not just an opinion.....it's fact. I don't see how any SEC team could win the national title without at least one defeat on their schedule. I'll be pulling for us (LSU) to slip into the Sugar Bowl and beat OU. My best friend was a student at OU in the early 70's when they won two national titles. I'd give anything to rub his face in it! Geaux Tigers!!!

Geekboy I think your an idiot, If LSU played OU 10 times, I think they would be in every single game. OU never really plays anyone, and LSU's defense is phenominal, plus LSU's offense is one of the most explosive in the country. Get real Geekboy, LSU can hang with anyone if they show up.
The Big 12 is nothing compared to the SEC. OU would have met there match if they were in the SEC. Alabama gave them a run, and if Bama could passed more, I think they would've taken them. Can you imagine the dome if LSU and OU became a reality? Holy Cr@p!!!
