Just watched the highlights, and as they said on the broadcast, we got screwed on the spot after the Deion Smith catch review. He caught it on the CM 45. After the review and reversal, they spotted it on our own 45. Course, that just meant Max got to throw for an additional 10 yards. But how do you screw up a spot that badly?
After UCLA's loss I guess I was wrong. The loss to them is on coaching and some on the team being disrupted by Ida. Still think UCLA is a goid team.
Well I was hoping to go out with perfect record ( a la Hal Hunter) BUT if it means Victory Melons - PUT ME IN COACH ! I gladly and humbly accept
TDP will be the next veteran directed to take a seat on the bench. I don't know how you don't give Kiner a shot at RB1 at this point.
Kiner was earning a starting spot, for sure. I was also very happy to see how many different receivers caught passes last night. And the fact that they weren't dropping balls at all. The number of sacks are also impressive. This is NOT the same team that didn't show up against UCLA.
Almost as if they listened to that ESPN Gameday segment and took it personal like we hoped they would. Felt good to see them flying around hitting people in the mouth.
