or it's going to be an embarrassing loss. Their qb is a 4 year starting senior, and everyone who scored an offensive TD for them last year is back. I'm not predicting a loss I'm just saying if LSU comes out and commits a bunch of penalties, and looks like shit, LSU could drop this one. Guice is hurt and Ed Paris is out for the year according to O's presser.
Rashard Lawerence is gonna be out for Troy also. Guice probably out, Battle may be out, Paris done for the season.
Am I being overly optimistic or am I the only one thinks that at some point this year our talent will catch up AND help make up for our youth and we will start to look like a formidable football team? Watching that game Saturday, you just see True Freshman and Sophomores making plays all over the field. At some point, they can no longer be considered inexperienced and will start to play more seasoned right? Wishful thinking?
I may be alone on this too, but Williams is clearly the better running back (so far) between he and Guice. I want to see Williams get the load against Troy (even if Guice isn't hurt). I think Williams should get the load more as we head into SEC play. He looks way more difficult to tackle right now.
Is it just me or does Williams remind anyone of the old school Ally Broussard (you know 1st year bulldozing one ). I hope he can keep it up
I think he looks good! He has slimmed down and is quicker to the hole, plus he played behind LF7 his entire career and runs with the same style, just not as good. But he looks very explosive. I say we feed the man.
