I love Johnny Jones, but I have to put this loss on coaching. We've been running horrible offense all second half, and he's not calling timeout to make adjustments. A&M goes on a run, and he doesn't call timeout to slow it down. We go down three with 8 seconds to go with 3 timeouts, and we just run the ball with no timeout? This is the third time in four games that we've had a game situation that we didn't call timeout for.
doesn't allow for def subs. besides got the look they wanted grey just screwed it up. the problem was before that play---crappy def rebounding and too many 3s. they have a lot of good pieces. just no experience and no leadership.
this is what cost us the game. how many times with a 10 pt lead we cross half court and fire one up for no reason? absolutely inexcusable. jones has to take control and tell them the clock is their friend. ugh. this loss is gonna hurt.
