To jesuit_flyer, who can no longer give red anonymously, and his comment: "what's wrong with high expectations...(?)": Nothing is wrong with high expectations. I expect my sons to always do their best and achieve as much as possible. I expect that my work product in my chosen career will always exceed performance levels established by my company. What do I expect from sports teams that I follow? I expect them to entertain me for a few hours so I can get a break from the daily rigors of earning a living, raising a family and maintaining a good partnership with my spouse. The outcome of a sporting event determines my level of enjoyment, but I don't expect them to always make me happy. I'm nothing in that scheme of things.
dont you know that many tiger fans have no kids, no significant other, and a crappy job? their lives suck, so ease up.
As opposed to those who don't care if they win or lose b/c they have a life ... and don't spend a penny on LSU basketball? Maybe those few remaining basketball fans should get a life and never show up.
