I agree. There has been some HORRIBLE calls so far this CWS too. We can't depend on close calls...we need to just do what we do best...start coming alive and swattin stuff all over the field, and catching everything that comes within 100 feet of us. We are definitely still in this one though. (see last half of season)

And AGAIN...another lead off man on base. This UNC team has a lot of CWS experience and it is showing. It would just be SOOOO nice to beat them and face Fresno State...I hate Rice.
There's a huge difference right there. We start 0-1 and they start 1-0... Part due to good pitching on their behalf...part due with this damn strike zone.
UNC is the team to beat in this CWS that's for sure. But man this strike zone is killing us! UNC will NOT swing at anything close.
