I'm never too critical of college athletes but he's got to have the presence of mind to touch the plate after the collision, amirite?

No rule about blocking the base path without the ball?

 

I thought it was a rule that in the NCAA you couldn't block the plate unless you have the ball. Maybe that's what he is saying. But we shouldn't have sent the runner to begin with....and then he just lays there and lets the catcher pick up the ball and tag him??? :angryfire

 

Because the bottom of the order has been bad, and we had to put the pressure on the Rice defense and they responded.

 

I agree, I'm absolutely delighted to be in omaha, and It's a bad attitude to have "just to be happy to get there" but as posted before, you've gotta walk before you can run, lets hope this is a step in the right direction and the beginning of another dynasty :geaux:
