    that is my ONLY complaint with satellite TV. Charter took CST from me (but continued to charge me for it) which is why I switched years ago. never going back to cable.

    I look at it like gasoline...they're going to have to work hard to price me out. Sudden Link is based in Louisiana, has great customer service, and never goes out. I just wish I could get a better HD picture than 720P.
