Play as normal, but don't go crazy using up pitchers trying to extend. We've got home field locked up for regionals and super.
I agree 100%. Haven’t had reliable pitching after Friday and Saturday starters and those guys can’t seem to get into the 8th. Bull pin doesn’t have anyone I feel comfortable with getting the last 6 to 9 outs. And now the two guys relied upon to hit consistently can’t seem to get it done. Receipt for disaster. Two years in a row pre season ranked #1 and same results. Players probably picked 1st and 2nd in the draft. What’s wrong?
Good question. We've had a shitty pitching coach for so long but he's gone for what, 2 years now? Injuries have certainly kicked us in the balls, think we have 3 with TJ surgery this year?
We have Oregon State in our regional. I'm sure they'll be motivated to avenge the CWS losses to us the year they won nearly 60 games.
