This lineup is dangerous. We just need pitching to come around.

 

And fielding. Too many errors this season.

 

I think JJ needs to realize Gervase one of his best. 6’11” should be eating up innings. Was this first time ThompsonDoughty switch positions?

 

When it is, it is, but when he misses……..

 

They switched late in first game against Florida. Right after Thompson missed pop up.

 

I think over time JJ will get it going in the right direction. He hasn't even been on campus for a year, so it's really, really early to start talking about him being overrated or a bad hire. Give him a legitimate opportunity to get his program implemented and learn the players and that takes time. After a couple of years, I think it would be fair to assess where the program is, but not after just a few games.

 

I agree it’s been hard with the expectations early on but we usually go on a run mid April

Goes to show you how good Kramer Robertson was at short. He’s probably the last real athletic short we’ve had.

 

I am from DS and want to see Doughty succeed but I have seen him make errors at any and every position he has played!
