Bingo. Cam needs to open up the playbook and Jennings needs to complete some passes. Not the deep ball all the time. Complete some short passes to everybody to (1) gain some confidence, and (2) keep our D on the sidelines, and (3) win the TOP battle.

Exactly. We need to run out of passing formations, get the QB and the WR's/TE's going early in the game to get a rhythm, get plays in early so that we don't take stupid penalties or waste time outs, pass on early downs, and play D like our hair is on fire.

We must pass on some first and second downs. Run, run, pass will not win against Bama.

Exactly right. Bama is just as good as us from a talent perspective, and their strength coach runs a very similar program to what LSU does. We can match Bama's physicality, but we cannot dominate them physically the way we do other teams. Therefore, we are going to have to keep them guessing or we have almost no chance at all.

We do have sort of a secret weapon for the first time in this matchup. I'm hoping it pays off

Is it a pellet gun to deflate the ball when s passes to Cooper

No, but you are headed in the right direction. This weapon has nothing to do with anything purple and gold

and this will decide this game....

we must find 18, 27, and 7 in the flat and use the pass like a run, quinn can be huge in this game as a check down. hopefully their lb's can't cover our rb's in space.

it will be a long night if can't find the intermediate pass.
