Looking at Auburns defensive line play they are going to be hard to run on. The only way we are able to even be competitive against Auburn is if we open up the playbook and let Etling throw it to 4 and 5 different receivers quick. Cant hold on to the fuckin football and get sacked. It has to be intermediate passing game and run the football on draws and jet sweeps. Keep Auburn off balance and we should be ok. Offensively I'm really not that impressed with them but we have to be more physical up front or else Cam is going to run through us like hot butter. So my realistic prediction will be Auburn 34 LSU 13.

Auburn hasn't won a game in Death Valley since 99.

Is Coach O gonna be the guy that....

Has the worst loss to Mississippi State in school history, first LSU coach to lose to a Sun Belt team, give up longest regular season non conference win streak, and give up a home win streak vs Auburn, all in the same season.

Or will he rally this this team and build off the momentum from a win to get a W over a pretty good Auburn team.

This is that game where Arden Key needs to step it up. Is Lawerence ok? Frank Herron will be back but let's not pretend he is a huge disruptor, the depth is needed though. I don't see LSU winning this one but I hope they do.

I mean. We can certainly win, but we need our top players to show out AND turnovers.

Etling also has to be what he isnt.

We hadn't lost at Mississippi State since 99 either. That and Auburn seems to be hitting their stride so yes, we lose to Auburn Saturday.

    - Guice is clearly not even 70%
    - Etling is not a formidable QB. Slow decision making, bad throws, freaks out under pressure.
    - Our O-line is injured, young and will be dismantled by the Auburn front 7
    - Key is a non factor. Went from Hero to Zero QUICK!
    - Lawrence isn't a 100%
    - Herron won't be in game shape.
    - Auburn will run the ball right down our throats

Sorry to say it but Auburn wins this one big. I'm thinking 42-17
