I figured this was coming. At one point I was screaming "Run the ball!!!" Until I realized there wasn't anything they could do. It was a pitiful excuse for an OL
Don't forget A&M got 7 points on a pick-6. Their offense only scored 13. The rain hurt their passing game (ours too), but credit where its due. Our defense gave its best effort of the season by far.
It was throwing the ball behind the LOS on multiple 3rd downs that sent me over the edge. There's nothing left to lose at this point of the season. Just go for it and let the chips fall where they will.
Real question, what does O and minger see in practice that tells them these plays/game plan will work?
He's also the 'passing game coordinator', but to your point, why do we even need that; especially when there's no ROI on either position?
But if he had possession and fumbled the ball before scoring that would have been worse for LSU. A fumbled ball by the offense going out of bounds in the end zone would have been a touchback and awarded to A&M @ the 20.
This is 100% on the OL. You could have had God himself calling plays and nothing would have worked. That DL ate their lunch and then shit in the bag
