a guy in our office lives only a couple blocks from Tulane. IHe called home to get a weather update when it was announced. His wife said it hadn't started raining yet. Apparently it still hasn't.

Since when do they call games this early? Normally they wait until the last possible minute before making the call.

seriously i just think that they were scared to play LSU. oh well. hopefully it will NOT rain tomorrow! well, except for raining balls beyond the outfield wall for LSU.

Not familiar with the club, but those close to LSU say this was a designed postponement by Tulane to rest a pitcher they want to throw in relief tomm?

Either way, Matulis can't throw but 4-5 innings max tomorrow because they want him ready for Sunday.
