I wish Jimbo would open up our offense a little more. He is messing around. Lets get some easy points and get this game over so we can get our starters out. This is how you get people hurt. Because you dont try and put them away early. They are moving the ball on our defense. That means you have to keep offensive starters in till we are well ahead.
Same here dude. I'm just saying that assigning a specific amount of yards that are acceptable is stupid because the yards themselves don't particularly matter, but how they happened - aka, were our tackles sloppy? were we out of position?
I see your point, but all coaches do it. I guarantee you that the defense has a goal for this game of how many yards, first downs, and points they want to give up to this team and every team we play. If i had to guess it would be something like 150 yards 5 1st downs, and 3 pts. I can't see anything that is going on, but from the sound of it their tiny ass oline is blowing holes open and they are running right by us. We cannot get any pressure with our front four, which is the most disappointing thing I am hearing. Our D line should run right over these guys with almost no resistence.
