you would think that after getting thrown out by hollander 5 batters in a row ole miss would have learned to hit anywhere but to the ss, but nooooo.... i don't know how many guys he threw out. anyone have that stat? i mean, it almost got to be predictable that was going to happen! where has this team been the last few weeks??? i could hardly believe what i was listening to!
We continue to improve. Just hope Manieri can recruit for the future. He seems to be a good coach. Gotta go rib the Ole Miss fans that were so nervous when we were huntin for a coach.
Damn, the Tigers have been playing great ball this week...well actually counting back to last weekend as well. Ole Miss did plenty to win the first game but couldn't take advantage of their chances. LSU, on the other hand, capitalized on just about every Ole Miss mistake and have played SUPERB defence. CPM is one heckuva coach, that's for sure. He knows when to switch a line-up around. He knows the players. I think the players may be starting to believe in his system as well. That certainly does help the situation.
